Session Fees
Individual sessions: $135
Couples sessions: $150

"Pay what you can" Sliding scale options are available for up to 6 months at a time based on need and availability. You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to explore this.

Insurance

I accept many insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, BCBS Colorado, and various EAPs. Please contact me to confirm whether I’m in network with your specific plan.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I’m not in network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

Additional Support

I accept vouchers from the Loveland Therapy Fund, which provides financial assistance for therapy to Black women and nonbinary individuals. You can apply directly through their website here.
