    Individual Therapy

I’m a deeply relational therapist who creates a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I work to balance that with staying gently focused on the goals that matter most to you. I specialize in relationships, attachment wounds, trauma, and anxiety, and I use different approaches depending on what feels most supportive and helpful for you. Wherever you are in your journey, I value meeting you there with care, curiosity, and compassion.

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space where both partners can feel heard, supported, and understood while we work together to strengthen your connection. I work with both LGBTQIA+ and heterosexual couples. Together we'll work to reduce conflict patterns, rebuild trust, and learn new ways of communicating so you can move toward greater understanding, closeness, and teamwork. I draw from approaches like Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support you in creating a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and fulfilling.

    Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that works differently from traditional talk therapy. Instead of relying only on words, it helps access deeper parts of the brain where trauma and emotional pain can be stored. As a trauma therapist, I understand how vulnerable and sometimes intimidating this work can feel, so I move at your pace and work alongside you, guiding the process as a team.

    Internal Family Systems Informed Treatment

Using an Internal Family Systems–informed approach, I help you understand and connect with the different “parts” of yourself shaped by past experiences. Through mindfulness and self-compassion, we work toward healing inner wounds and strengthening your core sense of self.

    Colorado LSW/CSW Clinical Supervision

I offer supportive, growth-focused clinical supervision for Clinical Social Workers (CSW) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW) in Colorado. My approach blends reflective learning, skill development, ethical guidance, and case consultation to help you build confidence, deepen clinical insight, and develop your authentic therapeutic voice while working toward your professional goals.

    Group Therapy and Workshops

I occasionally offer groups and workshops focused on trauma healing, relationship skills, and personal growth. While I don’t have current offerings, you can reach out to join the waitlist or request a group tailored to your needs. These sessions provide a supportive space to connect with others, build skills, and practice growth in community.
